Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ('Terms and Conditions') bind the individual or legal entity ('You/Your') who makes a reservation ('Reservation') and the provider of temporary accommodation services whose name appears in your email confirmation ('The Confirmation') ('We/Our/Ours'). These Terms and Conditions are subject to the competent courts under the common law, and apply exclusively to all reservations made at Our establishment.

You confirm that you are over eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal right and capacity to make and pay for Your Reservation.

Art of living and use of premises

To ensure the tranquility of the premises and the comfort of the guests, respect for a certain "art of living" is required of all.

Smoking is prohibited in rooms and inside the house. You agree to comply with the rules of etiquette that will be indicated to you and these general terms and conditions of sale. Appropriate attire is required in common areas. You agree to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of your stay and to systematically report, and financially assume responsibility for, any damage for which you are responsible.

The attention of the guests is drawn to the fact that minors on the property are solely and entirely under the responsibility of their parents or those authorized to supervise them.
No noise disturbance will be tolerated after 8:00 p.m.


When your reservation is confirmed, a reservation number will be sent to you by email. This reservation number is required and necessary if you wish to cancel or modify your reservation later. You will also be required to cite this reservation number in all communications with us.

Your reservation will be considered final once you have received our confirmation and, according to the payment terms indicated and accepted by you, we will have either collected the full value of the reservation or been able to guarantee your reservation by means of a credit card. In fact, to be valid, your reservation must be guaranteed by a credit card.


Rates are expressed in the currency indicated on your confirmation and at the time of payment of your reservation and include VAT or other applicable taxes. The price of the reservation is based on the number of people, the number of nights, the dates, and type of rooms specified in your confirmation.

All additional products or services specified at the time of booking are also included in the total value of your reservation. The rates mentioned on your confirmation do not include charges and additional purchases or services incurred by you during your stay.


In the very rare case where we are unable to provide you with temporary accommodation corresponding to the description and conditions mentioned in your confirmation, we will offer you replacement services. If the rate of the proposed replacement services is lower than the announced and prepaid rate, the difference will be refunded. If the rate applicable to the replacement services is higher than the announced rate, we will bear the resulting price supplements, provided that the quality and nature of the replacement services remain reasonably comparable to the services originally offered in your reservation.

Arrivals and Departures

The arrival (check-in) and departure (check-out) times are specified in your confirmation. If you wish to arrive outside the hours indicated in your confirmation, please contact us directly to reconfirm your arrival time. If your arrival exceeds normal hours or the scheduled arrival time, and without prior agreement with us, we have the right to cancel your reservation for the entire stay and to require payment of the cancellation penalties specified in your confirmation.

Modification and Cancellation

The terms and conditions for modifying or canceling your reservation are indicated in the "Cancellation Policy" section on the confirmation sent to you via email.

If you cancel your reservation beyond the cancellation deadline ("Deadline"), you will be required to pay the full amount of cancellation penalties specified in your confirmation, including, if applicable, all additional products or services that are part of the reservation.

Failure to show up on the scheduled arrival date is considered a complete cancellation of your reservation for the entire stay, and we are therefore not obligated to ensure that the selected temporary accommodation remains available.

If you modify your reservation, such as the number of occupants, dates, or room type ("Modification"), the rates are subject to change. If you request a modification and we are unable to accommodate it, your reservation may be canceled. If the cancellation occurs before the deadline specified on your confirmation, it may be subject to late cancellation penalties specified on the confirmation.


The amount to be paid for the reservation is indicated in your confirmation. XXX of this amount will be charged to your credit card account upon booking. The order will be automatically canceled if your credit card is declined by the bank or if there is insufficient funds in your account.

The payment of any remaining balance, other goods, products, or services consumed during your stay with us, must be paid in full by you before your departure. If you should leave our establishment without settling your balance, we reserve the right to charge the credit card you provided at the time of booking for any unpaid balance.

ATTENTION - Your credit card information is processed in accordance with PCI-DSS security standards to ensure your reservation. Beyond the cancellation deadline, we reserve the right to pre-authorize, or even charge, your credit card for the value of the cancellation penalties. Similarly, if a deposit is due from a certain date, we reserve the right to pre-authorize, or even charge, your credit card for the deposit amount upon its due date. When it is only a pre-authorization, no amount is debited from your account, but the available credit on your credit card may be reduced by an amount equal to the value of the cancellation penalties or the amount of the deposit in question.


We do our best to describe the type of accommodation offered, the location of our establishment, its level of comfort and main features, its certification and tourist classification in accordance with current regulations, but we cannot guarantee that our services will meet your expectations in any way. If you have any questions regarding the specific accommodation conditions and services offered by our establishment, we invite you to contact us directly before the cancellation deadline and we will do our best to answer them.

We shall not be responsible to you for any failure to perform any of our obligations under these terms and conditions that is not due to our fault (fraud, false statement, etc.), or that is due to the occurrence of a force majeure event. In any event, our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you and received by us for your booking.

We endeavor to exercise all reasonable care and diligence necessary for the proper performance of our obligations. We shall not be liable for any indirect damages (including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of money, loss of time, missed opportunities, or any other harm or damage that is not directly caused by us) or that we could not reasonably foresee.

You are responsible for any damage, loss or harm suffered by our establishment as a result of your fault (acts or omissions) or negligence. In this case, you agree to pay us directly any amount reasonably necessary to repair such damages caused by you. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation immediately and without refund in the event that your behavior during your stay becomes unreasonable and/or results in serious complaints from the establishment's staff or other guests.
